Course included in the device price
Everyone who buys a device from Estelvio gets, free of charge, included in the purchase price, a course from our offer for that equipment - operating the device and the treatments it's used for.
Access after purchase
We activate the course on your account after you buy a device. You sign in with the same details as the shop and go to the “My courses” tab. Without a purchase, course access isn't available yet.
Certificates
After passing the test, you receive a certificate as a PDF with a unique number and QR code. Anyone can check its validity on our website.

Is the course paid?+
The course for a device you've bought is included in the purchase price, with no extra fees.
What does the course look like?+
It consists of a lecture that you go through page by page (with expandable details and check-yourself questions), and a test with single-choice questions and interactive tasks: drag to match and drag to order.
How many points do I need, and how many attempts do I get?+
You need at least 75% correct answers to pass. The number of test attempts is unlimited.
What do I get after passing the test?+
A course completion certificate as a PDF with a unique number and a QR code. You can issue it with your name, or with your name and company name.
How do I check if a certificate is valid?+
Enter the certificate number on the verification page (estelvio.com/certyfikat) or scan the QR code on the document. You'll see whether the certificate is valid, expired, or revoked. A certificate is valid for 12 months.
Can I order a printed version of the certificate?+
Yes, as a separately paid option: printed, framed, or engraved. We confirm the price by email before production.
Can people who haven't bought a device use the Academy?+
Not yet. Today courses are available to clients who have bought a device. We're planning open access for everyone in the future.

In the near future we'll open Estelvio Academy to people who haven't made a purchase from Estelvio Distribution as well. Today courses are available exclusively to our clients who have bought a device.
