Specialization

We deal exclusively in equipment and supplies for the beauty and aesthetic medicine industry: IPL and laser treatment devices, radiofrequency, microneedling, needle-free mesotherapy, sterilization equipment and practice furnishings. We are not a generic importer - every item in the catalog is chosen for its real use in a practice or clinic, not added to the range at random. We work both with sole-trader cosmetology practices just starting out and with clinics expanding their treatment offering with further devices.

How we work

We import equipment directly from manufacturers and authorized suppliers in the United States, Canada and other countries, bypassing the multi-level network of regional distributors typical of the European market. Before a device is added to the catalog, we check the supplier's technical documentation, the availability of consumable parts, and the realistic order lead time - the catalog only shows equipment we can actually import within a reasonable timeframe. If a device you're interested in is not yet in the catalog, you can submit an import request directly from the catalog page.

Why our prices are lower than European distributors'

Treatment equipment imported into the European Union usually passes through several layers of distribution (manufacturer → regional importer → national distributor → practice), each of which adds its own margin. On top of that come the costs of certification under the EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR) and the requirement to have an EU representative, which are felt especially hard on smaller equipment runs - manufacturers from outside Europe often offset this with a higher entry price for the EU market. By buying directly from the source in the USA or Canada, we cut out most of these cost layers. We write about this regularly on our blog.

Delivery under DDP terms

We usually fulfil orders under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms - customs duty, clearance, and the device's complete technical documentation (technical passport and other required documents) are entirely on our side. You don't have to deal with import formalities - you simply receive a ready, cleared shipment at the address you specify.

Billing

Orders are settled based on a pro forma invoice with bank transfer details, generated automatically once the order is placed in the customer panel. Payment and delivery details are available in the summary of each order.
