You order on a free business account. You receive a pro forma invoice by email and pay by bank transfer by the due date.
Access once payment is posted
Once your payment is posted we activate the course on your account and email you. Open “My courses” and start learning.
Certificate
After passing the test, you receive a certificate as a PDF with a unique number and QR code. Anyone can check its validity on our website.
How do I get access to a course?+
You order on your business account, receive a pro forma invoice by email and pay by bank transfer. Once the payment is posted we activate access on your account and let you know by email.
How much do courses cost, and are there discounts?+
The price is shown on each course. The more courses in your cart, the cheaper each one is: the discount grows automatically from two courses. Ready-made themed bundles come with the discount already applied, and a subscription gives you the whole library for a flat fee.
Is the course for a device I bought paid?+
The course for a device bought from us is included in the purchase price, with no extra fees. We activate it after the purchase.
What does the course look like?+
It consists of a lecture that you go through page by page (with expandable details and check-yourself questions), and a test with single-choice questions and interactive tasks: drag to match and drag to order.
How many points do I need, and how many attempts do I get?+
You need at least 75% correct answers to pass. The number of test attempts is unlimited.
What do I get after passing the test?+
A course completion certificate as a PDF with a unique number and a QR code. You can issue it with your name, or with your name and company name.
How do I check if a certificate is valid?+
Enter the certificate number on the verification page (estelvio.com/certyfikat) or scan the QR code on the document. You'll see whether the certificate is valid, expired, or revoked.
Can I order a printed version of the certificate?+
Yes, as a separately paid option: printed, framed, or engraved. We confirm the price by email before production.
Does a course give me the right to perform treatments?+
No. These are online educational courses and do not replace professional qualifications or hands-on training with an instructor. Courses marked as educational cover treatments that only doctors may perform; they broaden the knowledge of the clinic team.
How does the subscription work?+
You pay for a chosen period (1, 3 or 12 months) and during it you have access to the whole course library, including new courses we add. Passed tests and issued certificates stay yours. A course you have not opened yet can be activated with one click on its page.
Can I buy a course without buying a device?+
Yes. The Academy is open to all companies and practitioners. All you need is a free business account.
Verify a certificate
Every Estelvio Academy certificate has a unique number and QR code. Enter the number or scan the code to check whether the certificate is authentic and valid.
Open access for everyone
In the near future we'll open Estelvio Academy to people who haven't made a purchase from Estelvio Distribution as well. Today courses are available exclusively to our clients who have bought a device.
