Delivery and import

Import from the USA to the EU and DDP delivery

You buy equipment that has already been placed on the European Union market, fully cleared and delivered to your address. We take on the entire import, customs clearance and import-related taxes.

In short

  • The formal entity placing the goods on the EU territory is our company.
  • The goods are shipped from our warehouse in the USA to Germany, where they are fully cleared, and from there we send them on to your address in Poland or another EU country.
  • On your side there are no import formalities or surcharges: no customs duty, no import tax, no clearance fees.
  • You pay the price in your order and the delivery cost shown in the summary (above the threshold delivery is free).

The order, step by step

  1. 01
    You place the order

You choose the equipment in the catalogue and enter your company details and delivery address. Before you confirm, you see the price, the delivery cost and the settlement currency.

  2. 02
You receive a pro forma invoice

A pro forma invoice arrives by email with bank transfer details in the order currency and a payment due date. You pay by ordinary bank transfer.

  3. 03
We start once the payment is received

When the payment is in our account, we order and prepare the device for shipping. We confirm the lead time individually.

  4. 04
Transport from the USA to Germany

We ship the equipment from our warehouse in the USA to Germany. The shipment is sent at our cost and remains under our responsibility.

  5. 05
Full clearance and import on our side

In Germany our company, as the formal importer, places the goods on the EU territory. Customs clearance, duty and import-related taxes are on our side.

  6. 06
    Delivery to your address

From Germany the cleared goods go to you, in Poland or another EU country. The courier does not collect any surcharge from you on delivery.

  7. 07
    Training and certificate

After you buy a device, we activate access to the matching course in Estelvio Academy, included in the price.

  • import-related taxes: on our side, no surcharge
  • customs clearance and agent: on our side, no surcharge

How the purchase is recorded in your books depends on your company's tax status. If your accountant has questions about the transaction, we will answer them - write to us through the Contact page.

Why our prices are lower than in classic distribution

We work directly with manufacturers, so the price of the device itself is considerably better than in classic distribution on the EU market, where the price includes further intermediaries: regional and national distributors, sales commissions and additional margins. At the same time we keep the full logistics and import service on our side. We encourage you to compare offers.
